- Deadlines – Each Jurisdiction will set EARLIER deadlines in order to complete the selection process.
These deadlines are the absolute last date that Jurisdictional Chairmen can have information and payments in the Pilgrimage office.
- January 15
- Declare number of delegates.
- Payment of 50% of delegate fees which is non-refundable.
- Submit name of Tour Leader and/or NYC Staff with application for approval by the Executive Director and Board of Directors.
- Declare sponsorship of Tour Leader.
- Payment of full fee for Tour Leader.
- April 1
- Final Payment of Delegate fees.
- Full Payment of Tour Leader fees.
- Submit Two (2) Completed Registration Packets -
This includes ALL items including, but not limited to, copies of:
- Insurance Information
- Health Certificate
- Passport (Travel Cards are NOT accceptable).
- Fees- 2017:
- Delegate Fee $ 1,600.00
- Tour Leader Fee $ 1,300.00
